Old Richfield Gas Station: Oregon Ghost Town

Photo of an old abandoned Richfield Gas Station. Since this photo was taken back in 2011, the location of where the site of this place is, is not known other than it is somewhere in Central Oregon. It was believed to be in the town of Antelope but upon doing research of the whole town with Google earth, I can't find any evidence of this building being there. Maybe it has been demolished since the time this photo was taken. Who knows? Anyway, where ever this place is it must be pretty remote because there is only a dirt/gravel road that leads up to it. This building has been un-inhabited for a long time as evidence by the holes and gaps in the side wall where the siding has been coming off. The hot summers and brutally cold winters have really taken their tole on this place. The front corner is sinking into the ground, and the store front looks extremely weathered. Looks like the gas pumps were taken out leaving behind just a couple of empty oil barrels and the Richfield sign. Hang this piece of history on the wall in your living room, office, hallway or bedroom.
