Photo taken of Sprint Cars getting ready for the start of the main event at Sunset Speedway in Banks, Oregon, which is to the west of Portland. This photo was taken on August 2, 2026 just after 9pm. The sun setting provides the perfect backdrop as 17 snarling race cars calmly line up to get ready for twenty laps of shear terror as all hell is about to break loose. Perfect photo to hang on the wall in your garage, office, living room, hallway or bedroom.
